What shipping carrier do you use?

We offer shipping options from USPS standard, priority, and expedited mail for each order.

How long does it take you to ship my order?

Please allow 1-10 days for us to process + ship out your order. Thank You!

Returns - 

Can I return my product?

Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we are not accepting returns at this time. However, if your product arrives damaged or broken, please reach out to us via email as soon as possible so we can work with you to make it right. Our goal is for you to always be satisfied + have an ultimate positive shopping experience with us! (Please note: there is a 24hr report time policy after delivery date to report damaged or broken items).

What happens if I put the wrong address at checkout?

Please DM @bellejoyaux on Instagram or email asha@bellejoyaux.com to get your address changed immediately. If your product is sent with the wrong address we are unable to process a refund - if wrong address is the correct town please contact your local post office for assistance.

Please make sure you input the correct address. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your order is in the hands of USPS , there is nothing that we can do.

Jewelry -

What if my bracelet does not fit properly? 

When purchasing our bracelets, please make sure to measure your wrist size as each option has the measurements in parentheses. For example, the average female wrist is a size M (7").

Why was my custom jewelry order refunded?

For all custom jewelry order you MUST choose our custom jewelry shipping rate ate checkout. This is stated at the beginning of our custom jewelry page, in every custom jewelry product description, and at checkout (shipping options). If this option is not chosen, your order will be refunded - we have a 72hr grace period to replace your order until selected item(s) are added back to our inventory.
